Upon receiving a valid notice, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material, notify the alleged infringer, and terminate their access if they are a repeat offender.

If a content provider believes that the removed material is not infringing, they may send us a counter-notice, including:

1. A signature of the content provider.
2. Identification of the material that was removed.
3. A statement that the content provider has a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Content provider’s name, address, phone number, and email, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the court in which their address is located.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion, send a copy to the original complainant and reinstate the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner takes legal action.
